I have all of the plugins needed and i have neighborhood. Is there a reason to why it's doing this? My launch.ini looks like this.....
Xbdm.xex
XRPC.xex
RPC.xex
That's just the order i have them in. Do i need to have any other plugins? It comes with a XRPC.dll but i heard you could just use the .xex. Do i need to have the .dll somewhere? If somebody could walk me through how to set it up that would be awesome! My skype name is cheesemanspro.

The .dll has to be in the same directory as the .exe If it isn't then the program won't function properly

So are you saying i have to put the .dll as a plugin below it? Is that what you mean by directory?

No, I'm saying the .dll has to be in the same folder on your computer as the program you're trying to use

1. Make Sure both ur Computer and Console are on the same router
2. Make Sure the program isnt using JRPC some coder do this
XRPC.Connect();
JRPC.Connect();
If(XRPC.activeconnection && JRPC.activeconnection)// that means ud have to have both
xrpc.xex and jrpc.xex for tools like bo2 and ghosts
if i were u and u checked (1) try 2 and see if both .xex's help
